Would definitely recommend for a short visit.

Spacious room, modern amenities, including a gym and free laundry facilities, made our stay enjoyable, and the location is excellent with numerous dining options within walking distance while being just 20 km from the airport.

The Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered ample space, making it cozy for the family. Clean, modern setup with good water pressure in the shower—definitely appreciated after a long day outdoors.

The absence of adequate housekeeping was a letdown. requests needed to be made a day in advance just to have the trash emptied. A rather limited breakfast menu felt restrictive, especially with no options for cereals or oatmeal, and the kitchenette lacked essential cookware like a frying pan despite having a hob included. Also, the entrance accessibility was poor—only stairs made for a cumbersome entry with luggage or strollers.

Our visit to this hotel was enjoyable thanks to the spacious and modern room we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The location was also a highlight, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. However, I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options available. I expected more variety than just a fixed menu.

My family enjoyed the spacious Superior King Room that was beautifully furnished, which made our stay comfortable. The modern design felt fresh, and the convenient free laundry facilities were a huge plus for us. We particularly appreciated the city view from our room, adding a nice touch to our experience.

The noise from the street was a bit distracting at times.

the hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from both the beautiful Saguenay River and the lively Place du Citoyen, making it a breeze to explore the local parks and nearby attractions during our stay, which was only a 10-minute walk to enjoy scenic views and historical spots.

The hotel was really nice and modern with spacious rooms! We had a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable in the end.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief pause in Saguenay with very good value for money. The breakfast they offered due to their mistake with our room size was a nice touch, even if it wasn’t the greatest. Make sure to check the room condition before settling in.

We stayed in a Superior King Room and were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and modern decor. The included breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly cooked eggs, bacon, and a lovely selection of other options. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore nearby restaurants and attractions, which added to our overall experience. One downside was the low shower head, which could be uncomfortable for taller guests.

We had an awesome group trip! The ski-in/ski-out access was perfect for hitting the slopes. After skiing, we enjoyed the 24-hour health club and played some billiards. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great place to relax after a day of adventure.

One hiccup was during breakfast. there was some confusion about extras, and a waitress made us feel uncomfortable for asking. Just be clear on the breakfast policy.
